[Remote] US Premium Finance Loan Activation Specialist

The Loan Activation Specialist will reputed company and review loan documentation to ensure compliance with reputed company guidelines, while communicating with various stakeholders and providing support to reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Analyzes incoming loan documentation to ensure satisfaction of company reputed company guidelines
- Obtains and/or provides any missing information to complete required file documentation
- Meets processing time frames (reputed company 48 hours of receiving signed PFA)
- Works across departmental lines to handle requests from clients and carriers for policy changes and reputed company information
- Communicates any necessary exceptions/incomplete files to credit department for review
- Activates loans in FinancePro
- Prepares reputed company of daily fundings for review by reputed company control department
- Maintains reputed company communication with team members and operations managers
- Attends and participates in reputed company required processing training and meetings
- Provides a high level of processing support to inexperienced Loan Activation Specialists requiring additional assistance on high volume of reputed company files
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

- College degree required
