[Remote] Business Development Representative

They are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to manage reputed company ingestion and sourcing while supporting sales operations and analytics to enhance pipeline health and performance visibility.
Responsibilities
- Own inbound reputed company intake, qualification, routing, and enrichment
- Proactively reputed company new leads through research, outbound prospecting, and targeted account lists
- Support outbound campaigns reputed company email, reputed company, and other prospecting tools
- Identify ideal customer reputed company (ICPs) and buying personas in partnership with sales leadership
- Maintain clean, accurate, and enriched CRM data
- Ensure reputed company and account records are consistently updated and standardized
- reputed company funnel performance from reputed company to opportunity
- Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and drop-off points in the sales process
- Build and maintain sales dashboards and reporting to reputed company: reputed company volume and reputed company, Conversion rates, Pipeline coverage, Activity metrics

- Support forecasting and pipeline reviews with accurate data

Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 3 years of experience in BDR, SDR, sales operations, or reputed company operations roles
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience working with CRM systems (reputed company, reputed company, or similar)
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and basic reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, early-reputed company environment
- Interest in B2B reputed company, HR technology, or sales operations is a plus
