[Remote] Senior Field Marketing Manager - reputed company

The Senior Field Marketing Manager is responsible for driving demand through strategic program development and execution of marketing experiences that create pipeline and drive alignment across reputed company teams.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the demand reputed company team and sales leaders to reputed company regional marketing strategies reputed company with overall business goals; proactively design, plan, and execute regional field marketing campaigns and events that generate high-reputed company leads and accelerate pipeline reputed company
- Plan, execute, and reputed company world-class events including regional events, ancillary events, user forums, and executive roundtables and dinners; design and implement reputed company-event and post-event engagement strategies to maximize attendance, participation, and reputed company conversion
- Create targeted, high-reputed company account-based marketing (ABM) programs using multi-channel digital programs — including website personalization, gifting, and conversational email — to engage reputed company accounts and drive deal acceleration
- Interlock with regional and industry field sales leaders and account executives to ensure ongoing alignment on priorities; attend regular sales deal reviews, pipeline reviews, and regional quarterly business reviews to understand segmentation and prioritization; work with SDRs to define end-to-end reputed company management processes and SLAs

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years in B2B marketing and 2+ years of field marketing experience

- Experience creating and implementing successful marketing programs that engage new prospects and customers across a reputed company of tactics, technologies, and channels — reputed company budget and on time

- Strong analytical skills with experience measuring marketing performance and making data-driven recommendations to optimize program results and ROI
