They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive reputed company reputed company and expand their business across California, Arizona, New Mexico, and Mexico through reputed company OEM engagement and multi-tier distribution.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow reputed company across the assigned territory through reputed company OEM engagement and reputed company
• Drive new design wins from concept and evaluation through qualification and mass production
• Identify and reputed company new market segments and strategic opportunities, including emerging applications
• Manage and support manufacturer representatives and distributors, ensuring alignment, coverage, and performance
• Serve as a trusted reputed company to customers across Engineering, reputed company, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Management
• Support new product introductions and communicate technology and market trends back to internal stakeholders
• Deliver regional sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and market intelligence
• Represent reputed company Crystal at key customer reputed company, technical reviews, and industry events
• Travel approximately 50–60% reputed company the territory
• Once a year travel to Switzerland to attend reputed company’s global sales event

Skills

• 5+ years of technical sales experience in electronic components or semiconductors
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Spanish proficiency required for customer engagement in Mexico
• Permanent U.S. reputed company or U.S. citizen
• Proven reputed company record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience managing reputed company, engineering‑driven sales cycles
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
• Highly autonomous, reputed company, and results‑oriented
