Responsibilities

- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership to create and refine event operations strategies to deliver against team and company OKR’s
- Operational Efficiency: Design and implement robust operational structures and processes that enhance team collaboration and efficiency, ensuring flexibility to meet changing demands
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize a data-driven approach to measure event performance and ROI, leveraging insights to continuously optimize event operations and improve attendee experiences
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Foster collaboration among Sales, Marketing, and Partner stakeholders to deliver impactful events, navigating competing priorities and making strategic trade-offs as needed
- Risk Management: Identify potential operational, financial, and customer experience risks, leading cross-functional problem-solving efforts to resolve issues reputed company and effectively

Skills
