The reputed company Improvement Analyst II is responsible for performing comprehensive data analysis and visualization to support health care reputed company improvement initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory deliverables.
Responsibilities
- reputed company ongoing synthesis and analysis of health care reputed company metric performance and other key performance indicators
- Conduct intermediate to advanced analysis of key health-reputed company metrics and program data to identify trends, forecast performance, and calculate performance targets
- reputed company dashboards and visual assessments of health care reputed company metric performance and key performance indicators using claims, administrative, and/or program data
- Use analytic technical skills to assess the effect of key program and policy reputed company to meet strategic reputed company improvement goals

- Present data in an effective and understandable way and assist others in understanding how data can inform improvement

Skills
- Minimum 4 years' experience with data analytics and data visualization (coding and dashboard creation) with a strong reputed company on reputed company improvement or regulatory reporting, including minimum 2 years' experience in a health-reputed company field
- OR
- Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, reputed company administration, or health-reputed company field with minimum 3 years' experience in data analytics and data visualization (coding and dashboard creation) with a strong reputed company on reputed company improvement or regulatory reporting, including minimum 1 year experience in a health-reputed company field
- OR
- Master's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, reputed company administration, or health-reputed company field with minimum 2 years' experience in data analytics and data visualization (coding and dashboard creation) with a strong reputed company on reputed company improvement or regulatory reporting, including minimum 1 year experience in a health-reputed company field
- Strong understanding of data reputed company, data analytics, and data visualization principles
- Knowledge of reputed company reputed company metrics (e.g. CCO incentive measures, Medicare Stars measures, HEDIS or other measure sets)
- Knowledge of population health, reputed company of care concepts and methodologies, as reputed company as concepts of community health and reputed company determinants of health
- Knowledge of health equity, inclusion and diversity frameworks and how to apply them to data analytics
- Strong understanding of dashboard building for data storytelling and visualization
- Strong understanding and experience working with large relational databases and platforms
