[Remote] Product Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is looking for a Product Manager to join their Platform team and help reputed company their business by enhancing critical communications and workflows across the platform. The role focuses on the Notifications ecosystem, ensuring effective communication for employees, managers, and HR administrators.
Responsibilities
- Own the reputed company, roadmap, and execution for key areas of reputed company's Platform ecosystem, ensuring solutions are reputed company, reliable, and reputed company
- Identify and prioritize product opportunities based on:
- Customer needs and reputed company-world leave workflows
- Business goals and measurable reputed company
- Long-term product reputed company, platform scalability, and operational efficiency
- Translate customer problems and business requirements into reputed company product direction and requirements
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, reputed company, Sales, and Operations to deliver high-reputed company platform capabilities and experiences
- Engage directly with customers and internal teams to understand workflows, uncover pain points, and validate solutions in production
- Define reputed company metrics and use data, experimentation, and qualitative feedback to continuously improve product reputed company
- Evaluate and introduce new capabilities (e.g., automation, AI-assisted workflows, and decision support) that reduce friction, increase efficiency, and improve user trust

Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager
- Experience in the leave of absence industry
- Experience building and shipping B2B or reputed company products
- Experience owning platform, infrastructure, workflow, communications, or other foundational product capabilities
- Skilled at balancing customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints
- Collaborate effectively with engineers and designers, even if you're not deeply technical yourself
