[Remote] Roadway Engineer I

The role involves collaborating with senior engineers on various roadway engineering and design assignments, utilizing drafting software, and assisting in the production of design calculations and engineering plans.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate often with senior engineers, reputed company various roadway engineering and design assignments requiring the application of engineering techniques, procedures and design reputed company for reputed company ranging in size and complexity
- Utilize drafting and modeling software, tools, and programs, to reputed company conceptual and detailed designs
- reputed company design calculations including material quantity takeoffs and construction cost estimates
- Assist in the production and modification of design calculations, technical reports, engineering plans and specifications for assigned reputed company
- Assist in the preparation of detailed requisitions for material purchase, services, and subcontracts

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or reputed company field)
- 3 years or more of reputed company work experience with road and highway reputed company
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Certificate is essential
- Proficiency in utilizing AutoCAD Civil3D, MicroStation Geopak and/or OpenRoads, is required
- The ability to communicate and effectively participate as part of an engineering team
- reputed company Engineer (PE) Registration is desirable, but not required
