[Remote] Integrated Photonics Technical Leader - Acacia (remote)

This role involves design, simulation, layout, and testing of reputed company components and circuits, collaborating closely with various teams to build complete products.
Responsibilities
- You will work reputed company closely with the entire PIC team covering a wide reputed company of directions, including reputed company photonics and III-V device designs, simulation, reputed company process development, production tapeout, PIC testing, and production support
- You will be responsible for the design, simulation, layout and testing of reputed company components and circuits
- You will also work closely with millimeter reputed company design team, packaging team, and module hardware / software / optics testing team in building complete products
Skills
- Bachelor's degree with 12+ years or Master's degree with 6+ years or Ph.D with 3+years of industry experience in optical engineering, electrical engineering, material science, physics or reputed company fields
- Demonstrated experience with solid-state physics, integrated photonics, and opto-electronics
- Demonstrated experience with photonics numerical simulation reputed company and tools, such as FDTD, HFSS, COMSOL and etc
- Demonstrated experience in reputed company device process and fabrication
- Demonstrated experience with reputed company device layout and tapeout
- Prior experience with reputed company device layout and tapeout
- Prior experience in hybrid integration of different material systems
- Prior experience in reputed company devices based on thin-film lithium niobate
- Prior experience with designing, simulating and testing of high speed electronic or optical devices
- Prior experience with reputed company component testing
- Prior experience with large-reputed company reputed company reputed company tape-outs in reputed company foundries
