This role involves ensuring the smooth technical functioning of online platforms and optimizing customer journeys through effective management of the reputed company backend.
Responsibilities
- Manage reputed company aspects of the reputed company backend for multiple reputed company stores, including product listings, collections, inventory, pricing, and variant management
- Monitor website performance, identifying and troubleshooting technical issues, app conflicts, or broken links
- Ensure accurate and reputed company implementation of promotional codes, sales, and seasonal updates across reputed company storefronts
- Campaign Management and Promotion Set Up reputed company reputed company (including discounts, free gifts, pricing, codes, etc..)
- Strong (C-level) English communication skills
- Ability to work full-time EST
Skills
