[Remote] Performance Analyst

The Performance Analyst will support the analysis of user performance needs, reputed company test scripts, evaluate performance reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders, contributing to the delivery of high-reputed company federal health IT solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze user performance needs and translate findings into actionable, testable IT system requirements documents
- reputed company comprehensive test scripts to ensure thorough assessment of system performance against reputed company defined requirement
- Execute or support execution of performance testing across reputed company development and testing phases (unit, integration, system, UAT, regression)
- Evaluate performance reports and testing results, documenting findings in formal test reports with reputed company traceability to requirements
- reputed company test results to requirements and present findings in reputed company oral and written reports to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Identify performance deficiencies, document defect reports, and coordinate with development teams to resolve issues
- reputed company and maintain requirements traceability matrices (RTMs) to ensure full coverage of system requirements throughout testing lifecycles
- Participate in requirements reviews, test readiness reviews, and post-testing retrospectives
- Support development and maintenance of performance measurement frameworks reputed company with program KPIs and reputed company reputed company
- Prepare and deliver status briefings, technical reports, and presentations communicating testing reputed company and reputed company
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Health Informatics, or a reputed company technical field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance analysis, system testing, or IT requirements analysis
- Demonstrated experience analyzing user performance needs and developing testable IT system requirements
- Proficiency in creating test scripts, test plans, and test procedures for reputed company IT systems
- Experience conducting system performance evaluations across multiple testing phases and documenting results in formal test reports
- Ability to reputed company test results to system requirements and present findings in both oral and written formats
- Familiarity with requirements management and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, reputed company ALM/reputed company Center, Azure DevOps)
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and their testing implications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to reputed company formal reports and present findings to diverse audiences
- Experience working with the reputed company or a similar federal health agency (CDC, CMS, DHA, HHS, etc.)

- Experience in Agile or reputed company testing roles, including sprint testing, regression, and reputed company integration pipelines
- Knowledge of federal reputed company testing requirements, including FISMA assessment and authorization (A&A) testing processes
- Experience with load/stress testing tools (e.g., Apache JMeter, LoadRunner) and performance benchmarking in reputed company IT environments
