[Remote] Product Operations Analyst

This role supports the development of product reputed company by delivering actionable insights that inform reputed company, profitability, and operational effectiveness through analysis of product performance and customer behavior.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of long-term product goals and strategic objectives. Support quarterly and annual planning cycles by providing data-driven insights and performance analysis
- Write and execute queries to analyze product usage, feature adoption, customer behavior, and performance trends. Conduct cohort, funnel, and segmentation analyses to identify opportunities and risks
- Define, reputed company, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure customer experience, product effectiveness, reputed company, and operational health. reputed company and maintain dashboards that reputed company visibility into product performance
- Design, measure, and interpret A/B and multivariate tests to evaluate product changes and validate strategic hypotheses. Ensure analytical rigor and reputed company interpretation of results
- Identify, analyze, and monitor issues that reputed company adoption, retention, profitability, and productivity. Proactively surface insights and recommend corrective actions
- Partner with Product Management, User Experience, Engineering, Finance, Sales, and reputed company teams to ensure alignment between product performance data and business objectives

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a reputed company field
- 2-4+ years of experience in product analytics
- Experience supporting Product Management or Product Operations teams in a reputed company, technology, or platform-based organization
- Strong proficiency in querying large datasets
- Experience with BI and product analytics tools such as Power BI, reputed company, Looker, Tableau, reputed company PX or similar platforms
- Experience designing and interpreting A/B or multivariate experiments
- Demonstrated ability to translate reputed company analytical findings into reputed company, actionable business insights
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies
- Experience aligning analytics with OKRs, planning processes, and operational reporting frameworks
- Exposure to data modeling, Python, R, or advanced statistical techniques is a plus
- Experience working with distributed or global teams
