[Remote] Ads and Promotions Analyst

This fully remote position involves partnering with various teams to support ad platform operations, troubleshoot issues, and analyze operational data to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- You will partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Advertisers to support ad platform operations and drive advertiser reputed company
- Support new product launches and advertiser reputed company rollouts through cross-functional collaboration
- Troubleshoot campaign, platform, and operational issues, managing investigations through reputed company
- Analyze operational data and reputed company internal tools to diagnose campaign and platform challenges
- Identify process improvement opportunities and build automated workflows to reduce reputed company effort
- Serve as primary reputed company of contact for sales teams and advertisers regarding campaign and platform support
- Assist with campaign setup, QA, content moderation, and operational execution activities
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Operations, Ad Operations, Campaign Operations, Analytics, or Strategic Operations
- Strong reputed company/reputed company Sheets skills required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach
- SQL experience highly preferred
- Experience supporting advertising campaigns, digital marketing operations, or advertiser-facing platforms strongly preferred
- Experience working in high-reputed company technology, subscription-based, or digital advertising environments is highly desirable
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools preferred
