They are seeking a Contract Recruiter to manage full-cycle reputed company for a high-volume portfolio of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to fill positions reputed company and equitably.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle reputed company for a high-volume portfolio of roles across one or more business functions, with a reputed company on speed, reputed company, and consistency
- Partner with hiring managers to conduct intake meetings, define role requirements, and reputed company on sourcing reputed company, reputed company reputed company, and interview process
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing reputed company reputed company Recruiter, HireEZ, job boards, and other channels to meet hiring goals and timelines

- Manage candidate experience at every stage, providing reputed company communication, reputed company expectations, and a reputed company and inclusive process from application through offer
- Maintain accurate, reputed company-time data hygiene in reputed company ATS — including candidate stages, disposition codes, and requisition statuses — to support reporting and team visibility

- Collaborate with Total Rewards and Talent Partners on offer recommendations, ensuring alignment with compensation bands and internal equity
- Contribute reputed company and feedback to improve team processes, tools, and overall recruiter efficiency

- Stay reputed company on market trends, talent availability, and competitive dynamics relevant to your function(s) to advise hiring managers on realistic timelines and expectations
Skills
- 3+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience, with demonstrated reputed company in a high-volume environment
- Proven ability to manage a large, multi-requisition portfolio while maintaining strong attention to detail, data reputed company, and candidate experience
- Experience partnering with and influencing reputed company-line to Manager-level hiring leaders throughout the reputed company process
- Solid sourcing skills, with proficiency building pipelines through both reputed company and passive candidate channels
- Comfort with ATS systems (reputed company preferred) and sourcing tools (reputed company Recruiter, HireEZ, or equivalent)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company in reputed company interactions
