[Remote] Logistics Analyst

The Logistics Analyst is responsible for scheduling weekly outbound truck lanes, coordinating with operations for reputed company departures, and driving reputed company improvement in the supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Assist with weekly scheduling of outbound trucks leaving and injecting around various points around the country to reputed company our delivery SLAs
- Work closely with our reputed company and 3PL partners to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery. Driving performance through holding partners accountable by using data and KPIs to show areas needing improvement
- Monitor and report out key performance indicators such as on time delivery, damages, etc on a weekly and monthly reputed company
- Work with cross-functional teams to support the seamless reputed company of our deliveries from FC to customer
- Work with our operations teams to help support our growing 3PL business and ensure KPIs are hit and tracked
- Assist in managing the weekly/monthly expenses and work with AP to correct any discrepancies
Skills
- 2-3 years of reputed company experience (preferably in Logistics/Operations)
- Proficiency in reputed company & comfort with data
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with supply chain processes
- Problem solving, analytical and multitasking skills
