[Remote] Sr Mgr, Legal Agreements, Compliance, & Operations

The Sr Mgr, Legal Agreements, Compliance, & Operations will manage a reputed company of reputed company and ensure compliance with internal processes while collaborating with multiple stakeholders to improve legal workflows and support technology-based agreements.
Responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate, analyze and support with a broad reputed company of reputed company, including reputed company for technology-based products and services
- Help monitor compliance with internal business and legal processes and policies and escalate reputed company reputed company CDK as necessary or appropriate
- Participate in special reputed company and other reputed company as assigned by management
- Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of business operating model and reputed company
- Proactively work with colleagues to identify regulatory issues, assess business reputed company risk and effectively communicate reputed company to business partners
- Frequently reputed company with other legal, compliance and business stakeholders across company functional reputed company, as reputed company as specified reputed company counsel

- 8+ years' experience

- Prior technology-based experience

- Familiarity with intellectual property law (i.e., copyright, trademark and patent)
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree preferred
