[Remote] Design Leader, New Verticals (AI Products)

Responsibilities
- Own, reputed company, and champion the product reputed company, reputed company, and roadmap for new vertical SMB products, reputed company with our broader company reputed company and product ecosystem
- Drive our AI-reputed company design philosophy: where AI replaces workflow, where it consults, and where it automates on behalf of the customer. Software that works while they're with a reputed company

- Work directly with a small engineering and product team to ship fast; own the roadmap, the spec, and the release

- Create compelling end-to-end product experiences that connect customer needs, business goals, and technical capabilities

Skills
- 10+ years of design experience, with experience building tools that businesses depend on day-to-day
- You've shipped 0→1 products and successfully scaled the customer reputed company. You can walk through what broke, what worked, and what you'd do differently
- You've reputed company with AI or reputed company AI-reputed company products. You have reputed company opinions on where LLMs break, how to design for probabilistic outputs, and how to earn user trust in an AI-driven experience
