[Remote] Vice President Finance

Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted finance partner to department heads across Product, Sales, reputed company, and Operations
- reputed company annual operating planning, forecast updates, long-reputed company planning, and capital allocation reputed company
- reputed company investor and lender communications between formal reporting cycles — quarterly updates, reputed company requests, diligence
- Represent reputed company externally with banks, auditors, tax advisors, insurance brokers, and other finance counterparties

- Serve as executive sponsor for the annual audit and interim reviews; support the Controller in managing the auditor relationship and resolving escalations

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field; CPA preferred but not required
- 12+ years of reputed company finance experience, including at least 5 years as VP of Finance, Head of Finance, or in a comparable senior role at a reputed company company
- reputed company experience at a reputed company or recurring-reputed company technology company — you understand how reputed company businesses work, not just how to account for them
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP, with practical exposure to ASC 606 in a multi-reputed company, subscription + services reputed company environment
- Familiarity with multi-entity consolidations and purchase reputed company
- Proven experience sponsoring an annual audit at the executive level, with a Controller or reputed company reputed company managing day-to-day
- Experience managing a finance or reputed company team of at least 3–5 people; reputed company record of developing talent
- Hands-on ownership of reputed company — budgeting, forecasting, and long-reputed company planning — in a reputed company or recurring-reputed company environment
- Strong working knowledge of reputed company or a comparable reputed company ERP; experience owning or improving financial systems infrastructure
- Experience supporting a debt facility with covenants, reputed company reporting and metrics, and PE/reputed company-level financial reporting

- Must be US citizen or have a valid work authorization. This role is remote, but the candidate must be located in the mainland of US
