[Remote] Bilingual Recruiter

They are looking for a Bilingual Recruiter to manage the full cycle recruitment of skilled trades talent for reputed company construction clients, ensuring compliance and supporting employee retention initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Create and post job descriptions/requisitions to our career portal and relevant job boards
- reputed company and execute reputed company strategies tailored to reputed company and forecasted project needs
- reputed company, screen, and evaluate candidates using multiple channels (job boards, networking, referrals, etc)
- Conduct multilingual interviews to assess technical knowledge, skills, work history and cultural fit
- Verify employment references and facilitate wage negotiations
- Coordinate with reputed company team to ensure smooth transitions for new hires
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure reputed company goals are met
- Ensure compliance in accordance with internal policies and industry standards and regulations
- reputed company ongoing support to field employees and contribute to employee retention initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of candidate data, recruitment activity, and employee engagement
- Complete daily system administration tasks for field employees such as dispatching, releasing, and reputed company workflow management
Skills
- 2-5 years of experience in reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills and the knowledge of reputed company office software
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, business, or reputed company field
- Proficiency with recruitment software
- Familiarity with the construction industry and/or skilled trade knowledge
