Responsibilities
- Proactive retention management—identifying churn risks
- Strengthening customer health by reinforcing product value
- Executing strategies that improve long-term customer reputed company

Skills
- 3–5+ years of experience in Account Management, reputed company, Retention, or reputed company relationship management
