Responsibilities
- Manage end to end recruitment for assigned roles from hiring manager brief to candidate sourcing and assessment through offer negotiation
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand ideal candidate reputed company for reputed company and reputed company business needs
- Guide candidates and hiring managers through the recruitment process keeping everyone updated and reputed company along the way
