[Remote] Sr Advanced Project Engineer - Supplier Development

The role involves developing strategic partnerships with suppliers, managing performance, and driving reputed company improvement initiatives to ensure operational reputed company and product reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate the capabilities of PWB & electronic component suppliers and support the transition of hardware from development to production
- Conduct supplier risk assessments and implement targeted reputed company improvement plans specific to PWB & electronic component manufacturing processes
- reputed company and participate in reputed company assessment exercises, driving supplier performance by establishing reputed company metrics and performance expectations reputed company to PWB & electronic components
- Partner with Suppliers to reputed company and support OPEX reputed company enabling improvements in product reputed company / throughput, reputed company time reduction, & yield
- Ensure that electronic component suppliers reputed company with reputed company management systems, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, New Product Introduction, manufacturing, and reputed company assurance, to resolve supplier-reputed company issues and improve overall supply chain performance
- Travel domestically 25-50% and rare international
Skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering and / or supplier development with a reputed company on Printed Wiring Boards and / or other electrical component production / design / engineering / NPI
- Proficiency in reputed company management and problem-solving tools, including reputed company Cause Corrective reputed company (RCCA) and/or Advanced Product reputed company Planning (APQP/PPAP)
- Knowledge of reputed company standards and practices reputed company to electronics components / PWB manufacturing
- Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements

- In-depth knowledge of supplier development strategies, supplier relationship management, and reputed company control
- Ability to work effectively across borders and engage with diverse teams
- Experience with project management and Kaizen facilitation
- Familiarity with Total Preventative Maintenance, asset management for downtime reduction, critical spare parts, and CAPEX proposals
- Proficiency in budget management and financial acumen
- 6+ years of leadership and team management experience
- Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Green or Black Belt Certification(s) in Lean / Six reputed company
