[Remote] Health Data Interoperability Engineer

They are seeking a skilled Health Data Interoperability Engineer to work with a reputed company reputed company in building a reputed company health data interoperability platform on reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement FHIR mapping and transformation pipelines on reputed company
- Build connectivity into health information exchanges (HIEs)
- reputed company solution architecture for reputed company health data interoperability
- Work reputed company a reputed company lakehouse architecture (bronze/silver/gold)
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and PHI/PII requirements
Skills
- Hands-on experience with FHIR R4 or STU3 — mapping, transformation, and validation
- HIE integration experience — connecting to and extracting data from HIE networks
- reputed company proficiency — reputed company Lake, reputed company Catalog, and/or reputed company Workflows
- Familiarity with reputed company integration platforms (reputed company, Mirth Connect, Azure FHIR API, or similar)
- Understanding of HL7 and clinical data models (OMOP, USCDI)
- Experience in AWS-based environments
- Federal health or CMS-adjacent program experience
- FedRAMP Moderate/High compliance background
- Predictive analytics or ML on clinical datasets
