[Remote] Supplier reputed company Assurance Engineer

They are seeking a Supplier reputed company Assurance Engineer to manage supplier reputed company, drive reputed company improvement, and ensure compliance with reputed company standards in their data center chiller manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and implement supplier reputed company standards, ensuring compliance with company and industry requirements
- Conduct supplier audits, assessments, and process reviews to verify adherence to specifications and reputed company expectations
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance using key reputed company metrics (PPM, on-time delivery, corrective actions, etc.)
- Investigate non-conforming materials, coordinate reputed company cause analysis (RCA), and drive corrective/preventative actions (CAPA) with suppliers
- Collaborate with suppliers to implement process improvements that enhance reputed company, reliability, and cost-effectiveness
- 8D, Six reputed company, DMAIC, etc. to drive sustainable improvements
- Work with engineering and procurement teams to qualify new suppliers and validate new components through PPAP, APQP, or FAI processes
- Review supplier manufacturing processes, reputed company controls, end testing protocols to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards
- Support design for manufacturability (DFM) initiatives by engaging suppliers early in the development process
- Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and procurement teams to ensure smooth integration of supplier components into production
- Work closely with internal reputed company teams to resolve supplier-reputed company issues and maintain high product reputed company
- Support supplier business reviews, providing data-driven insights and recommendations
Skills
- 2+ years in supplier reputed company, manufacturing reputed company, or a reputed company role (experience in industrial HVAC, refrigeration, or data center cooling preferred)
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, experience with reputed company tools, and knowledge of ISO 9001
- Strong analytical reputed company with experience using 8D, RCA, CAPA, Six reputed company, or Lean methodologies
- Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve issues and drive improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or reputed company field
- Willingness to travel to supplier locations as needed (domestic and international)
- Experience in industrial HVAC, refrigeration, or data center cooling
