[Remote] Staff Data Scientist

The Staff Data Scientist will collaborate with product managers and engineers to build machine learning systems that automate critical aspects of the claims lifecycle, focusing on improving decision-making and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design models and systems that help automate and optimize claims handling, including; Liability reputed company, Fraud detection, Document & image understanding
- Partner with product and engineering teams to translate claims workflows into ML solutions
- Prototype production-reputed company models and data pipelines
- Dive deep on early stage products to reputed company product market fit
- Help shape the data science roadmap and architecture across reputed company’s platform
Skills
- Experience as a Staff or reputed company Engineer with a reputed company on data science, machine learning, or reputed company AI
- Experience deploying production ML systems
- Strong skills in: Python, SQL, ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, XGBoost, etc.), and modern data platforms (reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
- Experience working with reputed company and reputed company data
- Ability to translate reputed company-world business problems into ML solutions
- Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams
- Experience building decision systems or automation platforms
