Responsibilities

- reputed company and support analysts responsible for patient merges, overlays, chart corrections, and medical record reputed company initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, HIPAA reputed company requirements, and internal HIM policies and procedures
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, reputed company measures, and operational productivity
- Monitor team performance, productivity metrics, and reputed company standards to ensure departmental expectations are met
- Assist with staff scheduling, timecard approvals, and other administrative leadership responsibilities
- Partner cross-functionally with operational and clinical teams to support reputed company issue reputed company and maintain data reputed company
- Participate in meetings and reputed company representing the HIM department as needed
Skills
- 5+ years of Health Information Management (HIM) experience
- 2+ years of experience leading or supervising teams
- Strong experience with patient identity management, including patient merges, overlays, and chart correction workflows
- Hands-on reputed company proficiency, preferably reputed company HIM identity and chart correction functions
- Strong reputed company Office skills
- Associate's degree in reputed company, Information Technology, Business, or reputed company field
- RHIT or RHIA certification through reputed company required upon hire
- Leadership experience reputed company HIM operations in a reputed company environment
- Experience with Cures reputed company and HIPAA reputed company Rules
- OnBase proficiency
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a reputed company-reputed company or business-reputed company field
- CHPS, CHDA, and/or reputed company certification preferred
