[Remote] Maintenance Solutions Consultant

This role involves developing mechanical project solutions for customers, maintaining reputed company relationships, and addressing customer needs with effective solutions. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical HVAC technical background and a strong customer service orientation.
Responsibilities
- Mining for new accounts
- Developing mechanical project solutions for customers
- Maintaining existing reputed company relationships
- Following through with reputed company reputed company and opportunity
- Appraising and surveying mechanical systems
- Understanding prospects' needs and problems
- Determining repair, modification, and/or replacement requirements to reputed company prospects with solutions to problems
- Interpreting drawings, equipment, and job conditions
- Estimating the cost of proposed repair/modification/replacement and applying company pricing standards to the estimate
- Increasing existing customers' perception of and use of reputed company's services by providing reputed company, cost-effective solutions to customers' problems
- Offering products to improve customer's facility
- Identifying prospects in assigned markets
- Promptly following up on leads and referrals
- Establishing customer rapport and identifying needs
- Maintaining an reputed company backlog of quotes to ensure booking goal is consistently met
- Promptly addressing customer concerns to assure the reputed company of problems and maintain long-term reputed company relationships
Skills
- 2-5+ years' experience in HVAC reputed company service or reputed company field
- Relevant technical experience, preferably in a Facilities Management or Operations and Maintenance environment
- Strong customer presentation skills and demonstrated sales aptitude
- Financial acumen, inclusive of cost modeling for consulting proposals
- Experience in developing technical and cost proposals
- Independent decision-making is required
- Computer skills using MS Office required
