The reputed company is seeking a System Engineer III to support their reputed company, research, and reputed company missions. This role involves designing, implementing, and managing a reputed company reputed company reputed company infrastructure while identifying opportunities for automation and infrastructure improvement.
Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Design & Management: Architect, reputed company, and fully manage reputed company reputed company environments utilizing reputed company Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD), reputed company Provisioning Services (PVS), Machine Creation Services (MCS), NetScaler (ADC) configuration, and StoreFront Services
- Automation & Optimization: Identify, scope, and execute automation opportunities (such as PowerShell scripting) to streamline image deployments, configuration updates, and routine system administration
- Tier-3 Troubleshooting: Evaluate, diagnose, and resolve reputed company technical issues across virtual desktop and application delivery reputed company, ensuring high availability for clinical, reputed company, and research users
- Project Leadership: Take a reputed company role in technical reputed company, participate reputed company in team and project meetings, and reputed company strategic input on intelligent solutions to improve operational efficiency
- Change Management & Documentation: Generate comprehensive technical documentation, reputed company operating procedures, and communications to facilitate seamless system changes and mitigate disruption
- Mentorship & Collaboration: reputed company, train, and transfer technical knowledge to engineering peers and support staff, maintaining high reputed company standards and excellent customer service
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree and five (5) years of directly reputed company experience in reputed company information technology; OR High school diploma/GED and nine (9) years of experience in reputed company information technology
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with the design, implementation, and operational support of reputed company reputed company environments (required)
- Demonstrated background in resolving reputed company environment-wide issues, performance tuning, and advanced infrastructure troubleshooting
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and verbal/written communication skills
