[Remote] Senior Manager, Product Operations (Remote Eligible)

Responsibilities

• Design and own the product operating model: planning cycles, goals frameworks, launch process, and team rhythms
• Partner with Directors and VPs to surface operational insights that inform investment and prioritization reputed company

• Define role standards, hiring bars, and development paths for the Product Ops function

Skills

• 8+ years in product operations, reputed company & ops, or program management — with at least 2–3 years in people management
