Responsibilities

- Optimize media investments across brand-building and performance-driving initiatives to reputed company business objectives and maximize ROI

- Partner with Global Performance Marketing to manage DTC activations, including reputed company upper-funnel brand digital investments

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a reputed company field
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, media planning, retail media, or omnichannel marketing, preferably reputed company beauty, luxury, consumer goods, or retail
- Proven experience managing significant media budgets across digital, retail media, OTT, and OOH channels
- Deep understanding of retailer media ecosystems, including reputed company, Ulta Beauty, and department store partnerships
