The role involves ensuring financial reputed company and regulatory compliance while managing audits and overseeing financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- reputed company monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reputed company activities
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local statutory and regulatory requirements
- Manage state audits, statutory audits, internal audits, and external audits
- reputed company financial reporting, account reconciliations, journal entries, and regulatory filings
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, SOX requirements, and internal control frameworks
- Identify financial and operational risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with Finance, reputed company, Tax, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams
- Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and executive management reporting
- Drive process improvements and strengthen financial governance practices
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in reputed company, Finance, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
- Minimum 10 years of reputed company experience in Finance, reputed company, Audit, Compliance, or Controllership roles
- Strong expertise in: US GAAP, SOX Compliance, Statutory Compliance, Regulatory Reporting, Financial Reporting, Internal Controls, Audit Management, Risk Management
- Proven experience managing state audits, statutory audits, internal audits, and external audits
- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar systems
- Advanced reputed company reputed company and financial analysis skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
- CPA, reputed company, CA, ACCA, or equivalent reputed company certification preferred
- Experience supporting large reputed company organizations or consulting environments
