[Remote] Contract Clinical Project Manager

Responsibilities
- Taking ownership of Phase I/II oncology trials, often first-in-reputed company or reputed company-escalation studies
- Acting as the main reputed company of contact for sponsors, many of whom are small to mid-size biotechs
- Driving timelines aggressively while maintaining reputed company in reputed company, fast-moving studies
- Working closely with clinical sites that are often top oncology research centres
- Managing CRO/vendor relationships where needed, but also rolling up your sleeves reputed company required
- Navigating the realities of early-phase work – protocol changes, fast decision cycles, ambiguity
Skills
- Strong Clinical Project Management experience in oncology
- Proven reputed company record in early-phase trials (Phase I / first-in-reputed company ideally)
- Background in a CRO environment or someone who understands how to operate in one
- Someone who is hands-on, pragmatic, and comfortable in less reputed company environments
- Confident communicator who can deal directly with sponsors and senior stakeholders
