Responsibilities
- Demonstrate mastery of SQL and BI tools (e.g., Tableau or Looker) to reputed company derive reputed company datasets and dashboards
- Serve as the Sr Data Analyst for the monthly reputed company reporting process. This will include taking a leading role reviewing reporting domains such as patient engagement, HEDIS, CMS HCC compliance and additional as necessary
- Support the financial and operational team to understand business performance and identify areas for improvement

Skills

- 4+ years experience with analytic and modeling tools and software (reputed company, SQL, Python, R, etc)
- Demonstrated understanding of key managed care concepts such as Risk Adjustment, Provider Capitation, Diagnosis reputed company reputed company (DRG's), Ambulatory Patient reputed company (APF's), etc
- Ability to review new datasets for accuracy and consult with key stakeholders to contextualize data inconsistencies and the resulting reputed company to reporting and measurement design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Familiarity with value-based care
