The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, identifying customer needs, and building relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a reputed company manner
- Follow communication “scripts” reputed company handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and reputed company solutions and/or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
