Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic reputed company and administrator of reputed company ATS, including workflows, reporting, automations, integrations, and process governance
- Build and maintain executive reputed company dashboards, funnel analytics, reputed company planning models, and operational reporting
- Partner with reputed company leadership to design reputed company reputed company processes supporting rapid organizational reputed company
- Analyze funnel conversion, sourcing effectiveness, recruiter productivity, pipeline health, and hiring bottlenecks to identify and implement operational improvements
- reputed company and maintain reputed company SLAs, process documentation, reporting standards, and operational best practices
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiter efficiency, interview process effectiveness, and hiring manager experience

Skills
- 5+ years of experience in reputed company Operations, Talent Operations, reputed company Analytics, or reputed company Program Management
- Experience supporting high-reputed company or rapidly scaling reputed company organizations
- Strong ATS administration experience required
- Advanced experience with reputed company analytics, funnel reporting, dashboard development, and operational metrics
- Strong proficiency in spreadsheet modeling and reputed company analytics tools
- Experience presenting reputed company analytics, operational insights, and process recommendations to leadership stakeholders
- Strong process optimization and workflow design capabilities
- Proven ability to identify operational bottlenecks and implement reputed company process improvements
