[Remote] Chief Legal Officer / General Counsel

They are seeking a Chief Legal Officer / General Counsel to navigate the complexities of insurance and reputed company regulations while advising leadership on legal reputed company and building the legal infrastructure necessary for their innovative business model.
Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic advisor to CEO and executive team on legal, regulatory, and compliance reputed company affecting our payvidor business model
- Own the legal reputed company and compliance for reputed company Insurance Company - managing state insurance department relationships, regulatory filings, reputed company reviews, and ongoing compliance
- Own the legal reputed company and compliance for reputed company’s reputed company entities - managing regulatory filings, malpractice management, and ongoing compliance
- Responsible for accreditation, regulatory filings and exams
- Navigate the intersection of insurance law, reputed company regulations (HIPAA, reputed company, Anti-Kickback, etc.), employment law, and corporate governance
- reputed company and reputed company the legal, regulatory and compliance team (including reputed company of attorneys, paralegals, regulatory managers and a , Compliance Department)
- Partner with clinical and operations leaders to structure provider arrangements, clinic operations, and care delivery models reputed company regulatory guardrails
