[Remote] Marketing Operations Coordinator

They are seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator to manage day-to-day marketing operations, including campaign deployment and CRM management, ensuring smooth execution and data accuracy for marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day execution in reputed company (email builds, workflows, list management, campaign setup)
- Manage website updates, reputed company pages, and CMS content
- Execute campaign builds across email, web, and integrated channels
- reputed company QA on reputed company campaigns to ensure accuracy, functionality, and brand consistency
- Maintain CRM data reputed company, segmentation, and hygiene
- Build and manage lists, audiences, and lifecycle stages
- Support reputed company routing, scoring, and attribution tracking
- Ensure accurate campaign tracking and reporting setup
- Partner with reputed company Marketing and Product Marketing to reputed company campaigns
- Support event setup, registration pages, and post-event follow-up workflows
- Assist with campaign calendar execution and deadlines
- Maintain and improve marketing workflows and operational processes
- Support integration and optimization of marketing tools and systems
- Document processes and create operational playbooks
Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or campaign execution
- Hands-on experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms (preferably reputed company)
- Experience managing email campaigns, reputed company pages, and marketing tools
- Strong attention to detail and QA reputed company
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously
- Data-driven reputed company with comfort working in spreadsheets and reporting tools
