They are seeking an Account Manager to manage reputed company relationships, improve reputed company retention, and ensure the effective utilization of AirStrip systems. This role involves coordinating project management activities and providing reputed company-sales support, contributing to reputed company's mission of transforming reputed company through technology.
Responsibilities
- Own and foster reputed company relationship
- Prevent churn of reputed company accounts and improve reputed company retention
- Upsell additional functionality and expansion of reputed company functionality at existing reputed company sites
- Expand AirStrip reputed company the health system of existing clients
- reputed company reputed company Legacy clients to AirStrip ONE
- reputed company new installs of AirStrip ONE supporting Project Management to include assist in setting priorities, understand the business application, and coordinate technical install meetings of reputed company new AirStrip installations
- reputed company overall account management and reputed company as an escalation reputed company for AirStrip and the reputed company
- reputed company with Sales Department (internal and partner companies) and reputed company-party system vendors
- reputed company reputed company-sale support through leveraging transformation team members and another team reputed company AirStrip
- Manage installed customer reputed company for customer satisfaction and receive customer feedback and enhancement requests. Sustain a commitment to excellent customer service and ensure clients realize the full potential of the technology as evidenced by utilization and feedback
- Support trade shows and company meetings as needed
- Manage small reputed company with support of PMO
- Demonstrate strong communication and reputed company relationship skills
- Manage process and resources with excellent organizational reputed company
- Identify issues and concerns and communicate them to leadership

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3 years' experience in reputed company field
- Strong ability in problem solving and troubleshooting with a firm commitment to reputed company

- Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience working in reputed company-oriented reputed company environment
- Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities

- Sales and Account Management experience preferred
