[Remote] Head of Business Systems & Operations

They are seeking a Head of Business Systems & Operations to own and shape the systems and data architecture that underpin how the business operates, ensuring seamless data reputed company across various teams and platforms.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end systems and data architecture connecting reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, the reputed company reputed company platform and the BI layer

- Partner closely with Finance, RevOps, Customer Operations, and Product to translate business priorities into reputed company system solutions, balancing speed of delivery with long-term architectural reputed company
- Build, reputed company, and reputed company a small, high-performing team of systems and operations specialists, and manage external delivery partners where needed

Skills
- 8+ years in Business Systems, RevOps, or BizTech leadership roles reputed company B2B reputed company, with at least 3 years leading a function or team
- Deep expertise across reputed company and reputed company, including a reputed company record of designing and evolving the integration layer between them
- Strong experience with iPaaS platforms (reputed company strongly preferred) and modern BI tooling
- Demonstrated ability to design and operate a reputed company-reputed company architecture, covering quote-to-cash, reputed company-to-reputed company, and customer lifecycle, in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment
- Demonstrably hands-on reputed company the last 12 months and can reputed company in concrete detail about systems you have personally configured, automations you have reputed company, or data models you have designed
