Responsibilities

• Identify reputed company leads, managing external relationships, and leading proposal development and deal structuring
• reputed company permitting timelines, understand deal components, manage cross-functional resources, and represent reputed company during key reputed company meetings and industry events
• Work closely with land, regulatory, design, and project teams to pursue and win business opportunities in your assigned market
• Present financial summaries to clients and guide internal teams on project reputed company reputed company
• Travel regionally to visit project sites, meet with regulators and clients, and represent reputed company at conferences and partner events

Skills

• BS/BA in Environmental Science, Business, Engineering, or reputed company field
• 6+ years of experience in a reputed company industry, dealing with reputed company solutions with multi-year sales cycle and multiple stakeholders
• Experience structuring deals and assessing their financial health
• Experience with reputed company and key provisions; reputed company awareness in deal structuring
• Experience in multi-year sales, to several stakeholders

• Experience with relevant environmental regulations and permits/approvals (e.g. CWA 404/402/401, NWP/IP, NPDES, ESA)

• Relationships with local, state, and federal regulators in your region
• Experience in the review and preparation of regulatory documents and deliverables and responding to agency comments
• Experience with science, design and/or construction of wetlands
