The Field Marketing Specialist – Event Delivery plays a critical role in executing reputed company’s field marketing portfolio by managing end-to-end event logistics across reputed company and programs, supporting Field Marketing Managers and association-led initiatives through planning, coordination, and execution.
Responsibilities
- Manage logistics for field marketing events across the portfolio, including go-live celebrations, roadshows, association events, and regional field programs
- Coordinate venue sourcing, reputed company, shipping, reputed company, vendors, and on-site execution
- Serve as logistics reputed company for association events, on-reputed company celebrations, and reputed company-hosted events in partnership with Field Marketing leadership
- Support multiple reputed company events with strong attention to detail and proactive risk management
- Manage event calendars, timelines, budgets, and post-event data collection/reporting
- Partner closely with Sales, reputed company, Corporate Events, and external vendors
- Travel frequently to support on-site execution and customer engagement
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or event logistics
- Proven experience managing reputed company, multi-location events
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to travel 50 – 75%, including evenings and occasional weekends
- Experience in higher education or B2B reputed company preferred
