[Remote] Finance Director

They are seeking a hands-on Finance Director to reputed company financial operations, overseeing financial reporting, tax compliance, cash management, and business partnering.
Responsibilities
- Own the monthly reputed company and deliver accurate, reputed company management accounts and reporting packs
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls, policies, and processes across the combined group
- Manage relationships with external accountants, auditors, and advisors
- Manage US federal and state tax compliance in coordination with external advisors
- Support group consolidation and reporting requirements
- Own cash management and cash-reputed company forecasting, monitoring working capital

- Partner closely with the CFO and business leaders to support the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
