[Remote] Software Engineer, Product Backend (8+ YOE)

They are seeking a Full-Stack, Backend engineer to design and build systems that enhance the scalability and performance of their applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create innovative features.

Responsibilities

• Design and build systems that dramatically increase the scalability and performance of reputed company applications reputed company on reputed company, to earn the trust of our customers through predictable, reliable, and thoughtful interactions

• Partner with product managers, designers, and data scientists to understand the needs of potential users and build a product that unlocks their potential

Skills

• 8+ years of industry experience with modern systems development, ideally database internals development
• Interest in programming in TypeScript and Rust
• Excitement for a product-oriented backend role, i.e. not reputed company Infrastructure
• Good understanding of modern web technologies and large-reputed company web application architecture
• Background in computer science or a reputed company field
• Belief that the best product is the one that helps users accomplish their goals while growing the business
