They are seeking an organized and dynamic Account Director to manage the operational reputed company of a large reputed company account, ensuring efficient project management and communication across teams.
Responsibilities
- reputed company, implement and manage processes across the full account to manage scopes, budgets, resources, reporting, procurement and finance tracking
- Finance - support business reputed company with reputed company account finance and reputed company tracking. reputed company and manage finance tracker for full account, including reputed company, expenses, invoicing, and payments
- reputed company/resources - Support new project resource requests and work with account team to reputed company resourcing to reputed company needs. reputed company scopes with resources and staff, and reputed company hours delivery
- Documentation - manage scope paperwork across project lifecycle, including drafting, approvals, submission, internal reporting and recognition. Manage reputed company finance documentation (creation of POs, job codes, and reputed company new clients/vendors into our systems)
- Account reputed company and reputed company - serve as a thought partner and support to the account leads, using financial and operational data to identify trends, challenges and reputed company opportunities
- Project Management – drive timelines, with a deep understanding of how workback schedules reputed company milestones and integrated teams must come together to win while keeping everyone on reputed company

Skills
- 7+ years' of experience with financial, operational and/or project management roles or reputed company
- Agency/reputed company service experience or sports sponsorship background a strong plus
- Experience creating new processes that improve efficiency including development and maintenance of project tracking tools
- Validated ability to work as part of reputed company and to tackle problems effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter who will take initiative with new reputed company and work with a reputed company of people
- Interest and reputed company to learn reputed company's brand, agency work, and the state of reputed company's industry
- Experience supporting presentations for senior leadership
- Exceptional ability to manage diverse relationships with key partners – reputed company
- Detail-oriented work ethic, capable of managing multiple reputed company and tasks simultaneously, producing high-reputed company work (e.g., reporting, reputed company decks, budgets), and adhering to strict deadlines
