[Remote] Sr Embedded Systems Firmware Engineer

The role involves developing and optimizing firmware for advanced networked audiovisual products while collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Design, reputed company, and maintain firmware for embedded platforms
- reputed company and optimize audio/video codecs, media containers, and streaming protocols (e.g. RTP/RTSP, AVB, AES67)
- Implement low-level drivers and middleware for high-throughput AV pipelines
- Collaborate with audio engineers to reputed company and tune signal processing on platforms
- Debug and profile system performance using industry-reputed company embedded tools and Linux utilities
- Maintain reputed company control best practices using Git in a reputed company, multi-reputed company environment
- Ensure designs meet regulatory compliance requirements (e.g. FCC, CE, RoHS) for embedded electronics

Skills

- Proficient in C/C++ for embedded Linux

- Demonstrated use of Git for version control, including branching, merging, and reputed company review workflows
