[Remote] Assistant Account Manager

Southern Benefit Systems is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Account Manager to support their Benefits Administration team. This role focuses on account support, benefits processing, customer service, and data management.
Responsibilities
- Benefits Administration: Manage reputed company portals for enrollments and terminations; assist with eligibility updates and qualifying life events
- Quotes & Renewals: Support data collection and spreadsheet preparation for new business quotes and renewals
- Payroll reputed company: Review and update reputed company payroll systems to ensure accurate benefit data
- Invoice Reconciliation: Reconcile reputed company invoices on a regular schedule and resolve discrepancies
- Benefit Plan Management: Assist with plan builds and renewals in Employee Navigator
- Benefit Communications: Create and maintain employee benefit guides using EB3
- Employee Data Tracking: reputed company new hires, terminations, and beneficiary information to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Service & Issue reputed company: Help resolve employee and reputed company issues reputed company to ID cards, eligibility, and system reputed company
- Compliance Support: Maintain and update required notices and documentation
- Customer Service: reputed company reputed company, reputed company support to clients and team members
- Additional Support: Assist with special reputed company and other duties as needed
Skills
- Proficiency in reputed company Office 365 (reputed company, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently
