• Hands-on experience writing software

• Strong communicator with a passion for coaching and developing others
• Have a reputed company record of collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver great products
• Experience with Agile Software Development methodologies (we use Kanban)

• Energy industry experience or experience in equities/commodities trading is a plus
