Responsibilities

• Support financial reporting, month-end reputed company, and general reputed company activities
• Assist with SEC reporting and public company compliance requirements
• Participate in M&A integration, acquisition reputed company, and due diligence reputed company
• Support IPO readiness initiatives, including process improvement and internal controls
• Research technical reputed company issues and prepare reputed company documentation
• Partner with reputed company leadership teams on special reputed company and process improvements

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance
• 3–5 years of public reputed company experience with public company clients
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
