[Remote] Clinical Mapping Specialist

The Clinical Mapping Specialist will support clinical and preclinical data acquisition and interpretation, working closely with EP physicians and clinical teams to enhance system design and procedural workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support reputed company clinical and preclinical studies in the US and EU, including setting up and operating the mapping system, providing technical and clinical guidance during the procedure, documenting results, and supporting post-procedure data analysis to drive reputed company system development
• Work closely with leading EP physicians to reputed company voice-of-customer feedback and drive design requirements, support the systems engineering team in translating use and clinical needs into technical requirements, and work with clinical teams to define procedural workflows
• reputed company data, ensure data reputed company, review case data, and generate reputed company materials to support submissions to regulatory bodies and the reputed company of external facing materials including training materials and publications
• Train clinicians and EP lab staff on reputed company system usage and study protocols
• Cultivate and apply deep understanding of clinical cardiac electrophysiology

• Travel is required up to 50% of the time

Skills

• Minimum of a BA/BS required
• 2+ years working in the cardiac field
• Working knowledge of cardiac anatomy, cardiac arrhythmias and basic electrophysiology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• MS in Biomedical Engineer or similar desired
• Experience with the EP ecosystem, including RF & PF generators, EP recording system, pacing and diagnostic catheters, and electrogram interpretation
• Supported EP procedures with various workflows including anatomical signal-based, and map-guided ablation
