Connect n Care ABA is seeking a full-time Recruiter to support hiring for Behavior Technicians, Registered Behavior Technicians, and other clinical team members. The role involves managing full-cycle reputed company, building candidate pipelines, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle reputed company for BT, RBT, and other ABA clinical positions
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and reputed company
- Identify and engage reputed company candidates in a competitive, high-volume hiring environment
- Conduct phone and video interviews to assess clinical readiness, experience, and overall fit
- Apply reputed company judgment to evaluate candidates and reputed company strategic hiring recommendations
- reputed company offers and guide candidates through the hiring process
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through day one
- Participate in hiring events, job fairs, and other reputed company initiatives

Skills

- Comfortable conducting phone and virtual interviews

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Virginia, reputed company Carolina, Maryland or reputed company Virginia residency required
